Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 4 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened perfumes, testers, or used items cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging for verification.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for orders cancelled before dispatch.

  • For eligible returns, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

  • Opened, tested, or partially used fragrances.
