At Flaneur, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to delivering 100% authentic perfumes in perfect condition. Please read our return and replacement policy carefully before placing your order.

✅ Free Replacements (If It’s Our Mistake)

If we’ve made an error with your order — such as sending the wrong item or quantity — we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We’ll arrange a free replacement or exchange immediately.

You need to pay any courier fees.

🔄 Returns (If You Change Your Mind)

We understand — sometimes you change your mind. You may request a return, subject to the following conditions:

✔️ Return Conditions:

  1. The perfume must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  2. Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  3. A courier fee of AED 30 will be deducted from your refund amount.

🚫 Please Note:

Opened or used items are not eligible for return.
We do not offer returns for reasons related to personal fragrance preference.
